MacOS Sonoma support #18

First I want to say thank you for this config, I'm using Ventura without any problems. Since Sonoma is officially released, could you update this config to support the new OS? Using the latest config to boot Sonoma has been unfortunately unsuccessful.

seems like only upto ventura is available to download using OpenCore @NgoKDev , not sure properly(Saw a few Sonoma builds on reddit).
