Atm it is really user unfriendly to insert data to the input form, especially on mobile. It would be nice to have

A calendar-like date picker
Up/down arrows for the intensity

Also add some kind of hint if unexpected values were put in. If setting intensity to 20 for example the page just reloads without giving an error message.
