Change branding

I got tired of the drinklog design and I would suggest to change it:

• [x] remove the beer video background for all pages except the login-screen
• [x] pick a new color scheme (whatever this means)
• [x] remove the coloring of the columns and use the same color for all of them

... room for ideas ...
