I have set:
map_hclfromgamename = 1
map_validmodes = -rd -rdsp
map_gamenamewithmode = BUPT_AutoHost | $mode$
in a mapcfg file
it can create a game with name include mode. but hcl doesn't work.
By reading the code the variable named m_HCLOverride in game_base.cpp hadn't
initializated may cause this problem.
