move doParallel to Impors as it's used by default #251

doParallel should move from Suggests to Imports since it's used by bdc_suggest_names_taxadb() by default.

Thanks for collaborating with the development of {bdc}. Version 1.1.4 hit CRAN last week. The new v1.1.5 will be released next month.

I'll wait for the checks to finish and merge your changes.
