Partially move BpmChartDefinition hierarchy to a generic BI package #1132

Some BpmChartDefinition classes can be used by BpmFlow and OrbeonPersiatenceLayer.

[x] 1) Clone hierarchy in the generic package
[x] 2) Define which classes can be used from 1) (for example BpmBarChart is replaced with BIBarChart)
[x] 3) Define which classes should be use BpmXXX classes (for example BpmTasksHeatmapChart is BPM specific class)
[x] 4) Replace current BpmChartXXX classes with new classes defined in 2)
[x] 5) Update BpmFlow baseline to use the new package
[x] 6) Remove unused classes of step 1) to 5)
[x] 7) Clone Dashboard classes and hierarchies
[x] 8) Replace current Dashboard with the new ones of step 7)
[x] 9) Remove unused classes of step 7)
