docker improvements

• Set a ngnix version and move it to alpine 881b2ad6b07ce311eefe357a74aa464c0a29be70
• Remove the patch version from the nodejs image 35739abdb76209f65ef18b38852e87e71e57e47d
  • Patch is good, major and minor is enough
• Do not need expose the ports 4000 and 4001 if using reverse proxy 05fda6e0c39c5d594e22534ac516accb4a599754
  • Docker networks have access to the ports fine
• Do not expose 4000 and 4001 on ec2 86d656f771920798bc71cbe80aab13ff1cb0fe43
  • Binding it to 127.0.0.1 is safer than 0.0.0.0 (maybe dont even need it, because docker networks should access it as previous said)
• Move the Dockerfile to docker folder 050104e14dd7cccc356a8771225b1906216e043d
• Many changes to Dockerfile 3f1fe8647a4110415d5e2e4a99c9115ecf77732f
  • Enable corepack, this way should follow packageManager from package.json
  • Remove one stage and improve some stages
  • Move to user "node" as it already exists on node image - dont need create another one
