Has happened after closing gazebo and after firefox crashing

Killing this stopped the pop up symbol but the flickering is still occuring

journalctl -xe

Seemed to have stopped it but it didn't

also i got a photo of the pop op

its a black pop up with the name "cb | clipboard"

I will just delete this package for now
