According to Flathub guidelines, the icon is not passing the following checks:

Icons are needed for those in the data/icons/hicolor folder.

Ok so here's the two versions of the icon I've been working on. Feel free to share your thoughts.

the second icon with the notebook looks really cool! I'd love to use that one unless you have any others you'd like to show

We'll keep the second version.

If you're okay with it, I'll give you all the assets for the icon, and maybe try to make a PR to replace the icon in the Flatpak project.
