humm, strange indeed... Can you indicate which version of vimix you are using and the format of the image (it seems PNG with transparency), and if there is a color filtering applied on the source. Does it do it also for e.g. a jpeg image freshly imported?
Hi, I use the latest version i think. No filter I tried again : with png files problem, with jpeg files everything works. Two pictures : bernard
Hello, I did some more tests. Some png images don't work, others do. All Jpegs work. So the problem is in my Jpeg to png conversions. Vimix has nothing to do with it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks again. Bernard
No worries, in any case it is interesting to see exotic behaviors and understand what can go wrong.
Maybe the general recommendation is to use 'Alpha fading' in the timeline when such problem occurs?
Hello, today, Vimix runs perfectly. PNG ou JPG in the same way. I think an Ubuntu update. Let's go ! Bernard
Hello, It's me again. There is something that doesn't work (or I don't know how to do it) with creating a timeline from an image. The video shows this. The image disappears as soon as the timeline is created. If you try to delete the timeline to recover the image, Vimix crashes. This is the case on both of my computers (Ubuntu 24.10). Best regards bernard
