Add an option to skip achievements #16

For games with a lot of achievements like The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, it takes a long while to download all the images, I'd rather skip them.

I tried looking at the .bat file to see if I could do it myself, but damn does batch make my brain hurt.

Edit: Also, it seems re-running the tool on the same game redownloads all achievements, it takes the same amount of time to go through that process.

If you connect VPN, achievements will be skipped. I don't know why Generator skip achievements when connected to VPN, but I think it will be your solution.
