double menu entry: View / Display Metadata

the following menu entries expose the same dialog:
  picture root menu -> View Metadata
  picture root menu -> Operations -> Display Meta Data

perhaps a menu cleanup is needed (like group all operations on metadata,
export plugins, ...)

This is due to the view meta data plug-in code being restored after I moved the
functionality to the core.
