If a plugin is present, it is enabled. So if users want to remove a plugin
or to add another one, they need to go to the filesystem, remove a folder
or add one.
It would be great if we could bring all plugins together with jBrout and
give users the ability to enable or disable each plugin. This way they may
have a jBrout core by default, and activate each plugin that they need.
They would therefore always have an optimized jBrout that wouldn't have
options they don't need.
