feature: add german language support

i'm coming from germany and since there were no german language files in the 
svn repository 
i localized my version myself - not perfect but quiete usable...

maybe u want to add my files (attached here) to the official repository?

ask me if u need other / updated translation files
(didnt know wether to translate the commented section - seems like plugins now 
have their 
own *.po files...)

Thanks for the translation, you are correct that the plugins have their own 
translation 
files if you have time to translate these as well that would be great.

... here another german translation, this time including plugins, up to date 
with rev278
dont know much about .po files, but seems to work ;)
