Renaming categories #59

Currently there is no way to rename a category. I can understand why
implementing this would be more tricky for tags, but renaming a category
should be pretty trivial.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3 jBrout revision 174

indeed : currently you need to create another category, move the tags into the 
new
category, then suppress the 1st category.
it's doable but it takes some times...
