jBrout crashes on exit #68

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run jBrout on windows
2. Exit jBrout with a 0 exit code

Expected:
jBrout closes

Actual:
Windows says the program has crashed.

This is an issue with the windows launcher.

Nsis doesn't not like jumping to a label with nothing after it, added dummy 
change of
output dir after finish label.  

Fixed in r181

New version of launcher attached for those that wish to replace the version in 
their
install, new Windows installer also uploaded.
