The external tools edition button does nothing #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do not install any of these programs :
    "notepad.exe","leafpad","scite","gedit","kate"
2. Click on the "Edit External Tools" button"

I saw that jbrout only tries blindly this sequence of editors.
I propose here a patch that allows you to put a configuration parameter :
  editor = gvim
