add Chinese(Simplified) translations #164

Excellent! Thank you so much! Please note that there are some strings missing, which are for the new feature for Homebrew/bundle support, and some others are still in English (most of them regarding "tapping" repos. For Portuguese I just used "subscribing" instead of "tapping" because that word wouldn't work in Portuguese.

Here is the .xliff file if you want to localize it more quickly. I suggest using this online editor.
