Transparency for stashed CellComplex #43

The CellComplex is stashed as a System of Virtual Elements with mesh representations, these are hidden by the add-on, but are visible if the IFC is subsequently opened.

These should be given a 90% transparency, so that the IFC is better looking. Similarly, Structural surfaces would be better with transparency, but this may not be possible.
