Autopanning places infowindow out of the view port at zoom levels 0 and 1 (zoomed out)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached file.
2. Click on some of the markers, ones that show the issue easily, are
Hawaii (Honolulu).
3. Click on Honolulu again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the extInfoWindow to open within the view port.
The second time around the map pans so that the marker is in the viewport,
however the extInfoWindow is no longer over the marker and is not fully in
view.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The work around for now is to automatically set the zoom level to at least
2 when a user clicks on a marker.

I have tried using the options  paddingX, paddingY, and maxPanning as well
as the resize() function, to no avail.

Apart from that, this google maps utility library rocks!!

It now correctly centers over the marker at zoom 0 and 1 when user clicks.
