Expired promotion be removed from promotion data

Products in promotion with expired date should be removed from the product details.

• [x] Ensure to remove the text of the promotion under the Promoção em vigor when the date is expired.
• [x] Add validation to the product form such as it invalidates the date if it's in the past.
