This is the button supposed to create other products/categories/options from the menu item form. This is a way to make admin user's life easier by not requiring him to leave that form with data already entered only to create a topping, sauce, option or category that did not exist in the database before.
[ ] Create one add button for each other entity (one for toppings, one for sauce, one for options and one for categories)
[ ] These buttons should go below the input they are related to.
[ ] Clicking on them should open a small area within the form (a form within a form) with all fields necessary for that entity
