what I'd really like is a way to flag an entity that hasn't been created yet while you're writing. "Oh, I should put an NPC here. Well, I need to jump out of this section to create the NPC, then come back and finish this section," turns into, "The party can meet with +Old Jenkins the caretaker..." at which point an entity called "Old Jenkins" is instantiated somewhere. Or I'm writing that the party "...discovers the +Jenkins Memorial Mineshaft" and it creates the "Jenkins Memorial Mineshaft" so I can remember to go back and flesh it out. Right now if I come up with something then I have to go jump back and forth between sections/tabs/windows/whatever.
