create promo code field right above the submit button. we can have a database of promo codes that we can pass out such as, "create a page and get your first week/month free"

mona can then pass these promo codes out on social media or we can make specific ones for the girl scouts as a personalized touch. will also be good to track statistics on how often people use these codes
