Added 2 new placeholders. #19

Renamed %economybank_balance% to %economybank_balance_formatted% Added %economybank_balance% which returns the balance not formatted at all Added %economybank_balance_fixed% which returns the balance as an integer

Closed it because someone is adding some more to it and will PR later. Also I didn't even test mine (sorry xD)
