When using AquaCore with MPDB it interferes with the plugin's way of dealing with Inventories. When Aquacore tries to clear a player's inventory MPDB prevents it from doing that. Also when going into staff mode, when the player goes out of staff mode MPDB prevents Aquacore from restoring the original Inventory data.
