It's unclear how reproducible this is, but sometimes (more than once) on my 
windows laptop, clearing the cache and loading the git test relationships, the 
merge (last in my set up) relationship seems to get stuck on the pending clock 
until a crystal restart.  Every time I restarted, it's loaded correctly the 
next time.  And this problem never happened for me when the cache was non-empty 
at the start.
