Two projects may have the same name #52

It's possible to create two projects in the crystal config and then change one 
of the names to be the same as the other.  

This causes chaos for caching and editing the projects.

Yuriy changed the ProjectPrefences.setName(...) method to ensure no two 
projects can have the same name.  The method returns false if changing the name 
results in a duplicate (and does not change the name).  

Haochen, please make this work with the current configuration editor.
