Project name collision detection doesn't work

Create a new project via the configuration editor. It will automatically be 
named "New Project 1" but internally, the name is stored as "New_Project_1"

Create a second new project. Crystal will check if a project named "New Project 
1" already exists (it does not, because the existing project is named 
"New_Project_1").  Since there appears to be no collision, Crystal will name 
the new project "New Project 1", which will cause an internal name collision.
