Open type dialog workaround works for this too.
Need to write to installation document.

The one-time configuration workaround is explained in 
[CommonWorkarounds#Navigator_View_Filter]. Since it might be very hard to fix 
this programmatically and there is an easy workaround, changed the status to 
won't fix.
