Scheduling duplicate receipts #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose an asset with an existing transaction history (i.e. an asset that
has been shipped)
2. Click the "receive" button taking you to "receipts: schedule a receipt",
enter in required fields and "save", receipt should show as pending in
receiving module
3. While in receiving module, schedule a receipt using the same asset code
and then save the receipt. This receipt should also show as pending in
receiving module.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should not be able to save a duplicate receipt. In the chosen asset record,
the transaction buttons are grayed out (see attached screenshot). I have
not checked to see if bug exists in Inventory & Shipping.

This problem should be fixed. I was able to duplicate on my local machine, and 
am no
longer able to duplicate.
