Creating duplicate shipping records #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose an asset code that is currently a pending shipment
2. Create a new shipment for the same asset from the shipping module
3. Complete shipment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Did not test in lindev, only tested this bug on lintest

This is fixed. It was the same problem as #20 with the receipts module.
