Pagination buttons in Asset Module #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Show" all available columns in the data grid
2. When all columns are showing, move to another module and return to the
asset module
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When user returns to asset module, the pagination buttons will be in the
middle of the page but only when all columns are showing.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This has been fixed. It was an error in calculating colspans for the sticky 
columns.
