Please use labels and text to provide additional information
Currently there is an ability to enter duplicate company names w/out a
warning. Hamish has reported this as a design bug that should be addressed
in the near future.

This was implemented on the company_edit page and the New Company dialog boxes. 
It
applies when creating AND when modifying a company.
