Auto-scheduled receipt icon still displayed when receipt is deleted #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Complete a shipment in which an asset is scheduled for return or exchange.
2. Open the auto-scheduled receipt and delete it.
3. Open the shipment again and notice the asset still shows as having a
return/exchange scheduled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hamish requested that the icon no longer appear if the receipt is deleted.
