AJAX error instead of warning when saving shipments without required field(s)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a company with an address,  but no contacts.
2. Schedule a new shipment,  choosing that company as the recipient
company, but leaving the recipient contact unselected (the drop-down should
be grayed-out/disabled).
3. Enter all required fields in the shipment except recipient contact.
3. Attempt to save the shipment.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be a message telling the user that the recipient
contact is required.  Instead you receive an AJAX error.

This bug has been fixed.  You will now receive the appropriate warning when
attempting to save or complete a shipment without selecting a recipient contact 
or
recipient address.
