Cannot change case of letters in company names #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit an existing company
2. Change one of the uppercase letters to lowercase (or vice versa)
3. Try to save the change

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The change should be accepted and saved.  Instead you receive the error
message: "A company with that name already exists."

This problem seems to affect locations (and possibly other entities) as well.
