Version bump and publish requests-based version? #5

I'd like to upgrade a project to use the new requests-based code. If it is working for you, can you version bump and publish to PyPI?

The issue is that the new requests-based version isn't ready, in particular the subscriber code. I'm not using the new code in production anywhere, I hope to do so with @FeedHQ soon.

I also had plans for a hub implementation but this might come at a later stage…
