Fix issue where having more than 15 accessories without a license removes accessories from HomeKit #41

If a license is removed (or not available) only 15 accessories are published to HomeKit. All other accessories are not available anymore. After adding a license, all accessories are available again.

Removing and adding the same accessory has the effect that the accessory is removed from the HomeKit room and from all automations.
