Show customisable message when user has to authenticate #42

User should be able to add additional information to a project, like things don't work yet or things to remember. System integrators could add contact information or notes to the project.

Non-sensitive information should then be displayed to the user if the project is locked (because of password protection).

After thinking about this more, it might be enough to allow customizing the message, which is shown when the user has to enter the project password.
