Allow grouping rooms in zones #51

In addition to grouping accessories in rooms, there should be a way to group rooms into zones. The list of zones should then be synchronised with HomeKit using the HKKNX iOS app.

Since there are not many steps required to group rooms in zones using the Apple Home app, this feature is not planned for hkknx.
