Make License choice clearer #32

Please change the comments in synapse.coffee to block comments that appear in the JavaScript.

Also adding something to the docs and README declaring your license choice would be helpful. A COPYING or LICENSE file would be good too.

This is a neat project and I am considering using it for work but I thought I couldn't use it because it wasn't licensed.
