In this pull request, I've changed the country, state and city fields to not required in all forms. In addition, the editing and revision forms now have a save only button, which doesn't change the status of the media.
The method is_video was also removed and every condition related to it is being made by the field datatype.
The error when updating my media with status draft was solved.
Some css changes were made.
