I think that we are at the point where this app is fairly usable, so this will be our first alpha release.
Big changes since the last release:
Full project recovery is enabled in the GUI now
APKs can be loaded and recovered
Conversion of resources from text to binary is available for 3.x and 2.x resources now
I'm going to leave this PR open for a few days to invite comments on the README and for people to test out the new build from the job artifacts; if you find any bugs, please report them here.
