OpenWrt 22.03 MT7621 software and hardware NAT issue with "Download" #7

Seems that there is issue with Software or Hardware "on" in Firewall - download speed is not shown, upload speed is calculated without problems only with Harwdware NAT "on" and Software NAT "off". When Software and Hardware NAT is "off" - all working good.
