New .XSL that support MediaWiki & LaTeX #5

I've written a .xsl file for this plugin that:

- outputs to MediaWiki formats (used by Wikipedia)
- plays nice with Tomboy-LaTeX
- fixes a few bugs with the original Trac format

The issue is: I spent hours on it, and don't know how to share it with the
world.  I've attached it here.

Your xslt produces compiling errors:
Tomboy/config/addins/CopyAs-mediaWiki.xsl(31,29). Details you will find in 
'InnerException'.
