Strange respawning behaviour following a wipe

• very rarely, the entire survivor team respawns dead following a wipe: (create a !respawn command)?
• very rarely, the entire survivor team spawns out of the map (create a !return command)?

• !return and !respawn commands have been created for human players, as long as they have not left the saferoom
