Caused by specialspawner.smx's current spawning mechanism. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=265089

temporary clients created by CreateFakeClient() should be kicked automatically shortly after spawning, it appears occasionally this is not occurring

Replaced old fakeclient spawning mechanism with ProdigySim's DirectInfectedSpawn
