Just a config refresher to fix things broken by a combination of Sourcemod 1.10 and L4D2's The Last Stand update

replaced useage of Left4Downtown with L4DHooks
replaced broken spawning mechanism with ProdigySim's DirectInfectedSpawn extension
restructured config to run from ZoneMod .cfg files
rewrote and refreshed various plugins inc. Autoslayer
