Bugs noted , so far only from specialspawner.smx

when there are 3 SI spawned, any further die immediately
spitters are spawning when their default limit is 0
the updated readyup from the confogl code base appears to give survivors pills upon readying up -> makes pillsupply.smx potentially redundant
